I am an empathetic and results-driven professional with extensive experience across disability services, employment support, and healthcare. I am skilled in end-to-end case management, stakeholder engagement, and applying dispute resolution approaches to achieve fair and positive outcomes.

I have strong knowledge of NDIS policies, compliance, and advocacy, and I am committed to empowering individuals through person-centred planning. I also bring experience in risk assessment, crisis management, and evidence-based decision-making informed by legislation.

Yes. At Senami, all support workers receive comprehensive training to meet a wide range of participant needs. This includes supporting people with complex disabilities, high physical or medical support requirements, and behaviour support needs. Our staff are also trained in positive behaviour strategies, person-centred care, and NDIS best practice standards to ensure safe, respectful, and effective support.
